Bio

Sassia, though London-based, was born in Jacmel, Haiti, where she discovered her love for Latin music through listening to records with her mother. 

Sassia made her debut at the renowned London Salsa school TNT in 2009, where she later became a resident DJ. She has remained a fixture in the London Salsa scene for over 10 years, regularly DJing at the world-famous clubs SOS, Pexava, Funky Mambo, House of Mambo, and Revolution, among others. 

 Sassia has also been blessed to have shared her music at many international events, including the Valbonne Salsa Festival, Paris Latin Box Night, the Heidelberg Mambo Marathon, Prague Salsa Festival, Yorkshire Salsa Congress.  

Sassia has an unwavering passion for Salsa and her funky vibe and infectious music means that she has left a distinctive mark on Salsa events, DJs and dancers.
